Personal Branding
To make sure the user will know this my site I have used personal branding.
I have done this in two different ways, first is the logo I created that sits on the navigation bar. This will be simple for the user to recognise the brand.
Colour scheme was my second way in which I used my branding. Colour wise, as you can see, I went for a darker background with orange headings. My original choice was white and orange, but I felt the orange didn't compliment it as well as it did the dark grey.
Having a personal brand is key to creating a website as it lets the user familiarise themselves with the page and subsequently associate the colour scheme with the brand.
